Rwanda Macuba (250g)

Macuba washing station lies in the western province of Rwanda, sitting at 1,685m above sea level. The high altitude and rich soils prevalent in the region help the coffee cherries mature slowly and amass more sugars, a sweetness which shows up in the coffee as notes of maple syrup and molasses.
